Abekus Jobs simplifies recruitment for recruiters and enhances job seekers' application experiences. This project involved designing landing pages and branding, focusing on a seamless experience with AI-driven tools for efficient hiring and tracking.
Overview
This project aims to build a unified platform for recruiters and job seekers, enabling job postings, applications, and profile management for companies and individuals. It includes a lead generation landing page for recruiters and a feature-promotional page for job seekers. As the product designer, I crafted every aspect of the flow—from landing page sign-up, onboarding, and job posting to application and hiring, as well as backend team management. Every element of this web app was designed with a keen focus on business goals and user experience.
Brand Goals
The brand aimed to create a comprehensive platform that not only covered standard market features but also stood out through an enhanced product experience and exclusive functionalities. They prioritized delivering an all-in-one solution for both job seekers and recruiters, integrating powerful tools like job search, candidate recruitment, application assessments, job analytics, and AI-driven resume analysis. This approach ensured a seamless, feature-rich experience that addressed diverse needs in the job market.

User Flow
In mapping the user journey, I identified two primary pathways from the landing page: one for recruiters and one for job seekers. Both pathways lead to the signup/login page, where users authenticate before entering the platform. Once inside, job seekers follow two distinct flows—one for resume analysis and another directing them to Abekus Learning resources. Recruiters, on the other hand, have a unique flow that includes access to resume analysis, providing them with valuable insights for candidate evaluation.

Developed wireframes for both recruiter and job seeker flows, ensuring clear, user-friendly navigation. Multiple iterations were made to refine usability and align with core features, optimizing the experience before moving to high-fidelity designs.
